By getting in touch Rachel can offer a wide range of services. Technically, Rachel’s project experience allows her to infiltrate the creative process through rigorous budget, scheduling, communication, prioritisation and quality control disciplines which enables her to work well within tight deadlines and constraints, and fully understand the requirements in both commercial and residential environments.
No matter what your budget, big or small, Rachel believes there is always room to create something unique and special….. it just poses a different set of challenges. So fill out the form on the CONTACTS page for an informal chat and see where it takes us.
Rachel McKeague-Pittman offers a full range of services from Design Briefing through to full Project Co-ordination and all fees are based on a competitive hourly rate of £40. We cannot stress enough how unique each clients requirements can be, and the number of various services that can be commissioned, therefore the following is merely a guideline.
And remember….. Quite often, the savings made from trade discounts and running a project efficiently can counteract the costs of utilising a designer, it’s a win, win!.
PICK & MIX – The packages listed are a guideline to the fees involved and can be broken down into individual elements if required, for example you may only be looking for simply an Interior Layout Plan or Conceptual Design before you feel ready to run with the design scheme or project yourself. Then, later, you may want to me to Source a bespoke piece of furniture perhaps!
FIXED PRICES – I will always endeavour to offer a fixed price no matter how large or small the service required. No hidden surprises!!
Remember, the more stages that you can commit to from the outset, the more cost effective it can be for you as it makes planning, sourcing, budgeting and managing so much more coherent when we can see the ‘whole picture’. Therefore, the fee for an entire project from concept to completion could be considerably less than if you were to contract me on a ‘piece by piece’ basis
